There are many other organizations that hold toy hacks and have online resources. In particular, many organizations provide adaptation instructions for specific toys using soldering. Check out the Makers Making Change website and AT Makers Facebook group to connect directly to people seeking adapted toys. 

TIP:
Send your guests a link to a how-to video before your event to give them a hacking head-start.
